Many exercise but not I’m losing weight
Sometimes we kill exercising thinking that in a few
weeks we will notice a change in our physicality. The truth is that losing
weight by exercising is something obviously possible although not in all cases

This is one of the most common questions asked by
those who have finally decided to lose weight and get into shape. Many times,
after starting start a training program and diet lose weight initially and then
we get stuck, or entered in one of the dreaded “plateaus" training and
spend weeks and even months when we do not see results. The main causes of this
are:
- You're still consuming too many calories.
- Consume too many processed foods.
- Do not perform the proper exercises.
